About

Like many women, I found myself navigating the end of a marriage.

Marcia, Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach

The life I knew for over 20 years was about to radically change. Kids were involved. I had questions. Overwhelm was an understatement.

Fortunately I worked with a team of professionals who first helped me to find calm within the chaos—and then helped me to see and understand the truth of my situation.

I read books and joined support groups. I met so many other women going through a similar experience: a high stakes divorce with a tricky ex-partner. I learned that women can’t just show up to court (or to their family and friends) and assume what they have to say will be heard and believed.

Looking back, this journey was a catalyst for me finding myself, both personally and spiritually. I leaned on breathwork and meditation when I needed it most. I found ways to nurture my inner light and intuition, and began trusting myself.

It's these tools, along with my personal experience and divorce coaching training that I am passionate about using to lift women up. Together, we can untangle the mess of post-separation abuse, learn useful skills for building your case, and re-discover who you are underneath it all...

a beautiful being, capable of the impossible—like the hummingbird.

Inspiration from Hummingbird

Small and mighty, the hummingbird accomplishes that which seems impossible. These beautiful and elegant birds can fly up to 2,000 miles to reach their destination. They are also the only bird able to fly backwards! The hummingbird teaches us persistence and resilience, and that difficulties can be overcome. While we cannot change the past, we can find the miracle of joyful living from our own life experiences. With a little guidance and reassurance, we too can recover lost parts of ourselves, begin to trust ourselves, and live rich and beautiful lives.
